A little treat to celebrate Spring - our new Lemon & Cashew Nut bar. We toast and slightly salt our cashews before studding them alongside tangy candied strips of lemon on our 70% dark bar. It's got texture, it's got bite and with our lovely yellow ribbon it's perfect for the Easter table!
